As mentioned in the introduction, we only offer fair chase (Walk and Stalk) and no shooting
from vehicles is permitted. Hunting at night with the aid of a spotlight is not permitted.
The game will normally be located from the vehicle, whereupon you will exit the vehicle, and
thereafter stalk the game on foot. The terrain is fairly flat, which makes walking a
pleasure.
Rifle and bow hunters can enjoy the challenge of a real African hunting challenge.
You need to declare your rifles at the airport so bring your firearm’s license with you.
Temporary permits are issued at your port of entry into South Africa. We will assist you
with the importation of your rifles.
Should you be unable to bring ammunition or a rifle with you, these are available for hire,
however please make arrangements prior to your arrival.
Bow hunting is done from blinds that blend into the natural surroundings, but we also cater
for walk and stalk. All blinds are very spacious and well placed, ensuring success for even
the inexperienced bow hunter.
Even though we have excellent hunting grounds, good equipment as well as well-trained
professional hunters, trackers, and skinners, factors such as weather, wind, luck and the
skill of the individual hunter will always influence the result. Hunting is hunting and not
shopping! It is advisable to be in a reasonable physical condition, and to have done some
practice shooting, before leaving.
Our hunting vehicles are all well maintained and fully equipped with hunting frames and the
necessary first aid kit to make your hunt a safe and trouble free experience.
