Terms And Conditions Booking and Payment A deposit of 50% of the daily rate is required with a booking. In the event of a hunt being cancelled we reserve the right to refund the deposit only if the booking can be filled The balance of the daily rate is to be made on the first day of the safari. Payment for trophy fees and wounded animals not recovered is to be made at the end of the safari. Travellers cheques or cash will be accepted. Insurance Morakane Safari Lodge will maintain the utmost possible precaution for your safety. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any illness or accident, whatsoever, nor any expense arising from such illness or accident. Clients should arrange their own travel and accident insurance as no liability or injuries to persons and/or damage to equipment is accepted. Any Safari activity is potentially dangerous and it is therefore essential that all lawful directions and advice of the Morakane Safari Lodge staff be followed. Before the commencement of the safari, clients are required to complete and sign a safari contract, general information sheet and indemnity form, copies are available on request. Protection to the hunter/client is provided by the requirement for a written agreement with regard to species of game offered, trophy fees, services provided, duration of the hunt/safari and daily rates.
